OrthoPMS is a relatively new company. When I first switched to OrthoPMS, I was nervous and hesitant because it didn’t have the track record. I was torn between choosing an established brand like Cloud9 that is slow to make improvement or take a chance on a newer company that is young and eager to improve based on user feedback. My overall experience with OrthoPMS has been great! It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that it is browser based so you can login from anywhere. The fees are extremely reasonable in comparison to other practice management systems we have used or looked into. Our previous practice management system brought on a lot of stress for us and OrthoPMS is aware of that and has been very accommodating! They respond very quickly when you have questions and they are always open for suggestions on how to improve their already great software!
